Day 1 Sightseeing in Tbilisi • biking to Mount Mtatsminda
Day 2 Biking to Manglisi • non-technical gravel tracks across plains • remote villages of Kodjori, Tabakhmela and Tsavkisi • descends through impressive gorges
Day 3 Biking to Borjomi and Mount Lomi • dense forests, fast-flowing rivers, plenty of stops to swim in hot mineral springs
Day 4 Bike to Bakuriani • ride through scenic mountain grassland with small fishermens' villages • volcanic Dabadzveli Plateau with Kakhisi and Tabatskuri alpine lakes
Day 5 Transfer to Pasanauri • Georgian Military Highway • bike from Gudauri via Jvari Cross Pass to Kazbeki • Gergeti Sameba • Dariali, narrow gorge of Tergi river
Day 6 Jinvali Lake in forest-covered mountains • bike over mountain pass to Tianeti • continue to mighty Kvetari Fortress
Day 7 Back to Tbilisi • sightseeing in Mtskheta • Svetitskhoveli Cathedral • Jvari church
