Kayak Tour - Kayak expedition tour to the Sian ka'an Biosphere Reserve, a part of the Yucatan Peninsula.A five day expedition to the Yucatán peninsula which includes multiple activities: Kayaking in the wetlands of Sian Ka'an Biosphere Reserve, snorkelling and camping. The level of the Kayak Tour is intermediate.

Day 1 Breakfast in the Hotel Ojo de Agua.
Transfer to Muyil's archaeological site inside the Sian Ka'an Reserve. Walk in the jungle of Muyil and snack in Muyil. Transfer to Sian Ka'an Visitor center. In the afternoon we start the kayaking tour through the wetlands. This Kayak tour will be about 4 miles of easy kayaking. When we arrive we set up a camp at the Sian Ka'an visitor center. Dinner: hotdogs, hamburgers and more. All cooked over an open fire.
Day 2 Breakfast at the camp and Kayaking from Campeche to Paso del Lagarto.
The distance is about 15 miles. The Kayaking takes us through the lagoons and channels. The level of kayaking is easy. You will be astonished by the plenty of fauna you will see. Snack in the kayaks. Overnight at the Sian Ka'an Visitor Center. Dinner/ barbeque at the campsite.
Day 3 Kayaking to Punta Allen
Breakfast at the campsite and optional snorkeling in the amazing and unspoiled reefs in front of the campsite. Kayaking to Punta Allen (Allen Point) and later on we will have lunch in Punta Allen. Kayaking in the wetalnds for about 7 miles. Dinner at the campsite.
Day 4 Kayaking back to the Sian Ka'an
Breakfast at the campsite. Then kayaking back to the Sian Ka'an Visitor Center for about 15 miles. In the afternoon you have free time to swim, snorkel or simply relax at the beautiful white sand beach.
Day 5 Transfer to Tulum to visit Tulums archaeological site
Early breakfast at the campsite. Transfer to Tulum to visit Tulums archaeological site. Snorkelling in the Gran Cenote (Big Blue Water Hole). Cenotes, or blue holes, are amazing depressions formed in the limestone crust of the Yucatan filled with bright blue water from underground springs and ocean seepage. Lunch at the Don Cafeto restaurant in Tulum. Afterwards, we visit the archaeological site of Coba, a site surrounded by small lakes and cenotes. Transfer back to Playa del Carmen (end of the trip).
