Vacation Activities Highlight |
 |
To visit the place where wine is made and meet the people who make it is an experience that helps one become better acquainted with wine: nectar of countless facets. To walk through a vineyard in the company of the wine grower, the loving "creator", to taste the wine in an old canteen carved into the living rock or in a modern tasting room, to hear about the various phases of making the wine and to enjoy that same vintage at a table set, perhaps outdoors, overlooking the rows of vineyard stretching out. This is the beauty of Eco-tourism: a spectacular kind of travel that merges unique emotions with cultural enrichment.
