This tour offered you the opportunity to learn, to know more and get experiences on elephants. The tourist have time to learn closely with the mahout how to manage elephant, how to feed elephant, bathing elephant, riding on elephant in the jungle. This program is organized in the different of elephant’s villages along the Mekong River, from Houi Xai to Pakbent, Hongsa and to Luangprabang. Specially in Hongsa , you will do trekking on elephant 3 days in the jungle from the village to an other village with overnight home stay in the Tribe villages and one elephant for one person and in surrounding of Luangprabang , after you learn experiences from the mahout , you will ride on elephant by yourself in the jungle . The last night you will stay in the good Lodge of Lao Spirit Lodge located in the jungle on the Hill with the beautiful view.

Day 1: Houixai - Pak beng (L, D)
Arrive Houixai border, meet and transfer to the pier. Private cruise down the Mekong River to Pakbeng, stop at Ban Houi Lam Pen to observe the life of the rural village. Lunch is served on board. The boat arrive Pakbeng before the sunset. Dinner and overnight will at Pakbeng Lodge.
Day 2: Pak beng (B, L, D)
Breakfast will at the Lodge. Crossing the Mekong to the Camps of elephants. Elephant activities and elephant riding in the jungle. Lunch at the Lodge. Dinner and overnight will at Pakbeng Lodge.
Day 3: Pakbeng - Hongsa (B, L, D)
Breakfast will at the Lodge. The boat leaves at 08 00 AMto Taxoang, transfer to Hongsa, the sleepy elephants village. Lunch will at local restaurant. Dinner and Overnight will at Guest House in the village.
Day 4 - 5 - 6: Elephant Trekking (B, L, D)
Elephant trekking , one person per elephant , in the jungle for 3 days , the trail passes the rice fields , the plantation , the rivers and from the tribe village to an other village with 3 overnights home stay in the villages .
Day 7: Tribe village - Luang prabang (B, L)
Breakfast will in the village. Cruise on the Mekong to Luangprabang, visit the Buddhist caves Pak Ou and the rice wine village Ban Sanghai. Lunch on board. Arrival Luangprabang, transfer to Hotel. Free at leisure. Overnight will in Luangprabang at Hotel Villa Santi 4****.
Day 8: Luang Prabang (B)
Breakfast will at Hotel. Option: If you like wake up early, visit the rituel ceremony of giving alms to the monks. Breakfast will at Hotel. City tour included the visit of the National Museum in the ancient Royal Palace, Wat Mai, and Wat Xieng Thong. Afternoon visits Kuangsi waterfall and the Mont Phousi, the sunset and the night market. Overnight will at Luangprabang.
Day 9: Luangprabang - Elephant village (B, L, D)
Breakfast will at Hotel. Transfer to Elephant village, meet the Mahout and briefing. Enjoy one hour experience of Elephant riding on Elephant seat. Mahout training to learn how to controls an elephant. Lunch will in the village. Enjoy the unique experience by riding your elephant to their camp in the jungle. Boat ride on Nam Khanh River back to Resort, with the visit of Tad sae waterfall. Dinner and overnight will at Lao Spirit Resort.
Day 10: Resort – Luang Prabang (B)
Breakfast will at Resort. Transfer back to Hotel in Luang prabang. Free at leisure for your own exploring the world heritage city. Overnight will at Luang prabang Villa Santi.
Day 11: Depart (B)
Breakfast will at Hotel. Transfer to airport.
