Chaguaramas This is the main place for sailors to come after the ocean crossing, great port facilities at quite cheap prices. Try the short journey along the Macueripe Mail Road and stop to walk in the bamboo cathedral. Much photographed, this stretch of the rain forest has bamboo lining the road and forming a gothic arch.
